Profile
Located in the heart of Nueva Vizcaya, Bambang is bounded on the north by the towns of Ambaguio
and Bayombong, on the east by the municipalities of Quezon and Kasibu, on the south by the
towns of Dupax del Norte, Dupax del Sur, and Aritao, and on the west by Kayapa town.
Except for the narrow valley drained by the Magat River, much of Bambang's topography is mountainous and hilly. The town is accessible
by land transportation via the National Highway.
 Bambang Municipal Hall
The main economic activity in the town is agriculture. Rice, coconut, corn, fruits and vegetables are the main farm output.
A new trading center for agricultural products particularly fruits and vegetables has been built near the town center.
Business Opportunities
Bambang has the potential to achieve sustained economic development. Aside from its fertile agricultural lands, its
accessibility to the National Road, and the presence of a trading center, the town has tertiary institutions providing
adequate manpower. Investors can put up food processing plants, feed and organic fertilizer plants as well as furniture
fatories. Bambang is also an ideal location of a demonstration farm and other tourist related ventures.
